Gage truly went above and beyond by giving me a call the day after the tour to inform me others are interested in the same unit. "I had a wonderful tour, and the experience was nothing short of pleasurable! I would highly recommend people to tour this apartment. PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT LIVE HERE, and furthermore cannot comment on the experiences or living routine of the apartment complex. Overall though, residents seemed elated to be there, amenities were great, the apartment I toured was well cared for and well upkept. Is definitely high on my list!"

"We toured multiple properties in the Kansas City area. We saw quite a range of different places and what they had to offer; good and bad. The reason we ended up going with Crossroads was the service Gage provided. Not being from the local area we had many questions. Gage was honest and upfront about Crossroads as well as other places in the area. He is very knowledgeable of the market and this was comforting for us not being locals. He really listened to our needs and was able to provide an apartment in the complex that fit our criteria. Now that we are tenants he continues to be a sound resource for any of our non local needs. "From the application process right up to my move in, the leasing team(Gage) was so great in helping me get approved within 3 days and moving in 3 days after that. The location and view is awesome. Moving from downtown Chicago to downtown Columbus, I wanted something in the downtown kc neighborhood and Crossroads west Apartments was just the perfect place and very affordable.
