"This place doesn’t deserve a star, but I had to in order for it to post. It’s a very DANGEROUS ATMOSPHERE! The building is dirty, smells, trashy. I’ve witnessed the elevators having urine in them along with trash, food items, etc. Some of the tenants are to blame for these problems. Management doesn’t get right to issues of appliances..such as refrigerator that aren’t functioning properly. The tenant having to throw away their food. Not to mention how this affects some with children! There has also been issues with stoves not functioning also! Again making it hard to feed themselves and their children. Some bathrooms have floors that aren’t SAFE, and they move people in without fixing these issues. Which I’m sure are probably not up to code. There are lots of issues, problems within this building. Management is aware of them, but nothing is handled right away! Tenants do have RIGHTS under certain laws! Maybe Angie Ricono can pay this place a visit to get things moving in the right direction. Someone has to CARE more than the property owner about the lack of professionalism from their staff! Because they’re minorities, young girls with children they shouldn’t have to endure these problems."

"Many shootings throughout the year from the bad people that live here. In the Summer there's at-least 1 death a year that occurs here. Beautiful building horrible landlord and dangerous tenants. MAC is trying to gentrify the area, but all its brought is expensive new and halfa$$ renovated apartments. As you can see they've only made the hood more expensive and not safer in one bit. Even though this building isn't owned by MAC in anyway, MAC owning 30+ buildings in the area has not influenced the neighborhood in one bit."

"We live in apartments very nearby, and the police are being called to this building weekly or more. There are people outside fighting, people yelling outside in the middle of the night, and I can see people breaking into the ground floor access door constantly."
