"I've lived in these for about three years but I've been in the neighborhood for 15-20 years so I know the area very well. The landlord will come in your house while you're not there. The landlord will talk about your apartment living to other neighbors around you. The landlord will threatened to evict you if he cannot talk to you like a little child & he will also threaten you if you do not know the law. There's gaps in holes all threw the floors in underneath cabinets and sink, there also horrible mince, roaches, mold & wild cats everywhere that have diseases and won't go anywhere because neighbors keep feeding. Frank the landlord will also call your phone while you're at work & pretend that you didn't pay your rent so he can harass you. Please DONT MOVE HERE HE HAS ONE MAINTENANCE GUY THAT BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH OTHER THAN THAT THEY TRY TO FIX EVERYTHING ON THEIR OWN THAT'S WHY THE APARTMENTS ARE RAGGEDY. oh one more thing my kitchen sink falls apart at the bottom underneath and also has lots of mold under my kitchen sink cabinet an also mold in my bathroom window."

"The apartment it self is great to live in.but the down stairs nabr is very rude and disrespectful to me.but it is in the hood so it is what it is important guess.but I'm doing fantastic besides that.has bugs."

"Im In The State Of Ohio And I Am In The Process Of Moving Back Home To Missouri And One Of The Places I Found Was This Site So I Called And The Guy Was EXTREMELY Rude And Was Impatient Because I Didnt Answer Certain Questions Fast Enough And Had The Nerve To Try To Talk To Me Like I Cant Afford Living There I Was Really Interested Beacuse Of The Area Jobs Schools Etc Etc But Because I Was Treated Sooooo Poorly I Dont Even Wanna Apply And NOT ONE TIME I Was Rude Or Came Off Rude And I Also Believe The Way He Talked To Me He Does This A Lot I Think Management Needs To Take Care Of Person So Applicants Like Me Can Feel Respected And Treated Fairly Enough To Wanna Live In Your Units"

"These apartment are nasty they got real bad mice, bugs they don't fix NOTHING don't move here you will be mad and Adain is rude he make you wanna smack his a**. The rent 585 plus and it should be $300"
