Ridge at Chestnut Apartments

"Editing: The response to this review is completely inaccurate and no one has still reached out to me nor told me anything the response is saying! Very unprofessional! At first they seemed nice but then after I told them I needed to be in a unit within a few days (original apts I was suppose to move to ended up not being ready and didn’t have any other available units so I was on a tight schedule) they said we could definitely work something out as they had units available immediately. I paid the $200 app fee and called Denise back to check status, I was told she would call me back but she never did. The next day Denise wasn’t in the office and the other employees told me they couldn’t help me and only Denise could. I then asked if there was somebody higher up that could assist me, The guy in the office told me to contact the number at the bottom of the email I should’ve received. I never received the email and was told that Denise should’ve sent one. I was told Denise would be in office on Saturday (today) no one is answering the phones, I’ve called and called. I was really depending on this apartment as my current lease is up tomorrow. Now me and my kids get to be homeless, Just great!"

"Stay away from here. Multiple break ins throughout complex, My car has been stolen once and broken into twice. Neighbors cars have been broken into and stolen as well. People will creep around apartment buildings especially during the summer and hang out inside the apartments mainly homeless people. Not worth the rent price at all. Police don’t come even with reports to look at cameras since office won’t look into it for residents. I’ve lived in “bad” areas before but I never had my window broken into before like this let alone my car get stolen."

"If I could give a negative 10 on this review I would with no cares this place is the worst I been living here for two years now and it’s been a new person in this office working every month, let’s start with the rent it’s a decent price but they can’t count so your amount with be different every month , they will over charge you if you don’t pay attention put you through hell when you go talk to them about it the two lady’s that works in the little room is the office are rude careless and gives me vibes that they are pocketing the extra money they are asking for evey month also since my second year I have been dealing with my car being stolen mind you when I fist moved in we had security , if he was a new car pulling in the parking lot the security will flash there lights on you I loved that but soon as the first person reported there car was stolen a few months later securities disappeared a little fishy if you ask me reported it to the office they ask do I want to give them more money? For a garage that’s not even close to my house. Also, there’s a lot of weird people. That live over here outside walking looking very fishy the apartment is is decent, but not for the price and the living conditions do you have to deal with most apartments don’t have central there’s a unit in the window the townhomes are more decent to stay, although there are higher in price the Apartments has roaches, and also a few people have died over one person was in their car unknown of what happened office sent a message saying to stay in the house. There’s a shooter on the found out someone actually die This is a unsafe place to raise a family definitely if you’re a single mom please find somewhere else safer"

"The maintenance team is great. They always complete all of my maintenance requests quickly. Literally within a day or two that I put in a request, it’s usually done. They are very kind and very personable. Mike and Justin are absolutely great, and always make sure my apartment is up to par."
