"I absolutely love staying at 44 and coming to visit my friends. Although I am an employee of BMG, had I found this community on my own, I have no doubt I would have fallen in love with the community and staff. They have the best events and the best residents!"

"The amenities and appliances are good, but there are definitely some downfalls to living here. We lived here for a year and while the actual apartment is nice, the cars parked out on the street get broken into on a weekly basis. If you park in the garage, it is not much safer. Our storage unit in the garage got broken into and our stuff was stolen. Upon move in, we had a broken microwave, and they were reluctant to give us one that worked."

"Everything here is very superb. Maintenance requests handled like Jimmy John’s delivery drivers :-) that quick !! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Abby and Landon are wonderful! Not to mention, the pool area is awesome! Real resort style! And the lights at night are even better. Temperature controlled garages are great for winter and summer months. You would not have 1 regret living here!"

"I have lived here for a year and must write this review. You will never regret choosing this place. Garbage disposal is perfect and I have never been in danger living here. Dog friendly, but the carpets and hallways are always clean and soundproofed. The staff are willing to help with your work. If I ask any questions, they kindly answer and try to deal with them. For a year, only pleasant things happened surprisingly and I think this apartment has good energy. I highly recommend it and there are many other places here to support my happy life, such as swimming pools and a dog park. It was the perfect first home for me and my husband!"
