"I moved in a week ago, and this place is run so nicely with such strong communication between the leasing office and the tenants. The leasing office (Alita) has also gone above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need! I definitely would recommend this place."

"This has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. Outstanding location - great views and walking distance to Plaza shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The building is clean and maintained extremely well and the staff is very prompt and accommodating to any needs that arise. The apartments are spacious and very insulated, you never hear noise from neighbors. Building has a great indoor gym and parking is available. Sunset apartments are extremely affordable for everything you get. It definitely met all my needs. I'm going to miss living here!!!"

"I loved living here. It was a great location to the Plaza and the management company is by far the most professional I've ever met. Teri is great and I felt like family here. I had to call the emergency management and they showed up in a very timely manner. I felt very safe here, had a wonderful view, and it was very clean. My closets were big, the bathroom well kept, and the living space was more than enough for me. The location did have its downsides-I lived on the 2nd floor, so maybe it was more noticeable but the noise level from the street traffic sometimes was an issue. People tend to squeal their tires at the light. I had to wait on parking, but only a few months and it was during the summer so by the time I needed it, I had parking. Jamie"
