It is also really easy to have a pet here and register it, pretty spacious in the apartment itself. The staff is great, really friendly and no complains here, i definitely recommend to my friends and family."

"Outside looks great! Saw a variety of ethnicities do that was good indications of fair housing practices. From the recent reviews left by new residents this place should be a hit! It has lots of amenities like an outdoor pool, natural vegetation, dog walk Park area, an Electric vehicle charging station, and conviently located by highway 435 and on the current City bus line. That's a plus for those who like to ride to work to save on gas and carbon emissions."

"We moved here shortly after opening. The staff has been phenomenal as we moved in and have quickly helped us when we needed anything. The common areas are pristine and well maintained. The pool area is luxurious and keeps us coming back. The e-suites are great for a quiet area to study/work. The apartments are new and very roomy."
