"I had never heard of "endermologie" until a few months ago, but became very interested in it upon researching it. I work out daily and have used a "fascia blaster," but have never enjoyed how painful it is, or that it's difficult to do/reach certain parts of my body well. Endermologie breaks up fascia, but does so in a painless and relaxing way, thoroughly working through the arms, back, legs and torso. Cindy is incredibly nice and professional, and I feel my appointments are definitely worth the 20 minute drive. It's kind of like a very efficient, deep tissue massage, in my opinion.
