"I walked in around 2:40 pm on a Sunday. Not a customer in the store. All 3 employees were legit sleeping. One was curled up on the pedicure chair facing the wall, and the 2 others were slouched in the chairs. Not one of them woke up and greeted me. I said excuse me. No one moved even a flinch. I waited for about 3 minutes. Seems like these people don’t care much about their work."

"I've been going to Nailcessity since they opened. I've tried dozens of other salons in KC Metro area & I always come back here. Recently, a friend and I went together & had a great experience! She got a beautiful full set of gel nails with tips & I got the most AMAZING pedicure of my life by a super sweet staff whom I sadly can't remember her name but she was of indian descent I believe. Nice products, VERY clean & again so sweet & wonderful! I highly recommend Nailcessity to everyone"

"This place is not worth your money please do not waist it here. I got my nails done here, i asked for an glitter ombre that was silver and they gave me gold, it was lumpy and uneven. Probably the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention that I asked for gel and they put regular nail polish that they didn’t give me time to dry, then they put a thin layer of gel top coat on top and all of the nail polish came off on the first day of having them. They also did not prepare your cuticles and they ruined mine. This is what they look like after 3 days of having them, and 2 already came off. NEVER. GO. HERE. they don’t even have very affordable prices."

"I love this place. This is now my second time coming here (I never leave reviews on the first visit because it could just be luck) and they did such an amazing job with my nails. My first time with them was for my wedding and I was very impressed. This second time I have exactly the same to say! They constantly are asking you if you like your nails and if they need to change anything. They also offer champagne if you ask!! And they sometimes will give you a back massage after they finish your nails. This isn’t now my forever nail salon and I will never go anywhere else!"
