"I came in last night at about 5 and and had and hour and ten minute service. They pushed my appointment back which I understand and is completely fine. The employee stayed after closing to finish my appointment I felt so bad for her she was so nice and helpful when I asked question gave the best scalp massage. I was never able to catch her name but it said I had employee number 3 and she was great 10/10 would recommend I will be coming back!"

"I first went to Venuspa on a whim, and it turned out to be the best thing for my scalp. I now go once a month, and my hair has become stronger and healthier. I love the mini facial they add to the one hour scalp treatment as well. I always feel so pampered by their staff, and I can’t wait for my next trip back!"

"I did the Botanical Deep Scalp Spa for 75 min. I didn't know much of this service other than what I saw on their social media pages. The session started with a scalp review and then the we got into the good stuff. It was AMAZING!!!!!!! I also received a mini facial and shoulder massage. The lady who did the treatment was knowledgeable and shared her suggestions when asked (nothing was unsolicited). She also let me relax and didn't talk my ear off which I so appreciated! I would have given this review 5 stars... but... the bed. Around the hour mark, my lower back was on fire! The bed is very thin and very uncomfortable. When the session was over, I couldn't sit up and had to roll off the bed as my back was so tight. This has nothing to do with the scalp spa service as that was fantastic... it's more a warning that if you are sensitive to lying on a hard service for a long period of time, you may struggle. I'll go back, but I'll be wearing a heating patch or something."

"Best spa experience EVER. Lea did my deep scalp cleaning, she was so knowledgeable and just the sweetest person overall. She made sure I was comfortable and I felt like my well-being was her priority. I left feeling so clean and refreshed and as a bonus my hair was super soft!! I’ve been to many spas but this one is by far the best of them all and I can’t wait to go back!!"

"I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get the famous Asian scalp treatment/ massage and it was AMAZING!! Totally worth the drive! Lea worked some magic, and left there with the best feeling hair&scalp I've ever had in my life. It was so relaxing,just like on the tik tok videos. I'm a hairstylist,and I really loved how knowledgeable she was on scalp care as well. I'll be sending all my clients her way for sure. And of course I'll be back! Thanks for such an awesome and relaxing experience, Lea! The decor was super cute too."
