"I would try somewhere else. If not for the quality, then for the customer service. I came in for a dip polish and they fell apart after only 3 days (light pink). When I came back in (they scheduled me 2 days after the photos were sent) to have it redone, they tried to convince me that a fresh top coat would do it. The nails were cracked all the way to the nail surface and some had broken off completely. After I insisted they do it again, they did and put gel polish on top, for which they charged me more. I understand it’s an extra service. I even left an extra tip. The gel. (Dark pink) was applied messily and looks terrible. I called and texted photos to this business, they did not return my calls or texts for a week. She said she was “too busy”. She agreed to fix my nails, but was “too busy” to accommodate any of the multiple days and times I gave her. So after some convincing, she gave a refund on the gel top coat amount. I also, got a pedicure. It was ok. Definitely not worth the money in quality or service. It too is pretty messy, especially by a professional. It looks like I painted them myself. I had to ask him to clean it up twice and it still didn’t look great, so I gave up."

"Nina and Pancake are my girls. I have never had gel nails last so long! They are so fun to joke around with and they really try to get to know their customers. Nina also does amazing acrylic nails! My nails always last, the shape is great, and there are never any bubbles in the gel!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The only thing I would say is appointments do run a late so plan for extra time but I promise it is worth it."

"I am a first time customer to B&P Nail Salon but I absolutely will be returning regularly after this visit today. They took all covid safety protocols and cleaned after each customer thoroughly. The salon was clean and comfortable and they have the most amazing massage chairs. The staff were professional and made me feel right at home. My manicurist, Orn, gave me such a beautiful pedicure. I can't wait to go back for my next visit."

"I have been to B&P Nails 3 times and have had a great experience each time. My basic polish manicure (not gel or dipped) has lasted longer than some of my gel manicure experiences, so I will definitely be going back. Fair prices for very good work in my opinion, as well."
