"I had an appointment today at 4:00pm for dip manicure with Ken, then a 5:00pm appointment for a pedicure with my sister. They started my appointment at 4:10pm a little late, but I understand. Then at 4:26 after filing my nails. Another appointment came in for Ken to fix a nail, Ken told me give me 5 minutes and I’ll be right back. I left the shop at 4:55pm with Ken completely changing a gel polish on the other appointment. The least he could have done was inform me that it would be longer now I wouldn’t make the pedicure as he didn’t even start on the dip. I informed him I had been waiting 30 minutes and he said nothing. I left. What a complete waste of my time."

"My husband and I ran upon this nail shop after we got a massage last month. It was nice and clean and the people were friendly. It was a couple of weeks since we had gotten a pedicure. That’s why we think they did a good job. We went back to them last week for the second time and it wasn’t the same outcome. We got pedicures again but they did a horrible job! And that’s putting it mildly!!! My husband even pointed out a spot on his foot and the lady said okay with a smile and did absolutely nothing. It definitely wasted our time and money! We won’t be going back ever!"
