"For $195 I expected a much better massage. I was being poked or rubbed, not massaged. Literally shaking the bed with some of her movements. It was weird and unenjoyable and expensive. I will be back one more time to finish out my gift card and am hoping it was just a bad masseuse. UPDATE: GM reached out via email to offer a 25% discount on future service. Didn’t ask one question about my service or offer any additional customer service. Felt super impersonal and like they didn’t care at all."

The hydrafacial is my favorite treatment, but I’ve also had multiple massages and each one has been wonderful. I can’t say enough nice things about this place- highly recommend!"

I was every comfortable the whole time, even at 24 weeks pregnant! My facial was really fun and relaxing. Jessica did a great job of explaining what products she was using and what they did.
