Made my first appointment for 2:35 pm on the phone with a customer service concierge at 1:47 p.m. today, then showed up 10 minutes early only to find the shop closed due to inclement weather! When I called the shop they offered me their "most humble apologies". What a freaking overpriced "premium service" clown show!! Methinks they know not what any of their promotional rhetoric means!"
