"My wife went here recently and got a cut and color by the owners apprentice. She was fine going to the apprentice but thought the owner would at least supervise or something. Anyways she ends up botching the cut and color. After saying something to the apprentice about it my wife went back within 48 hours to let her fix it. She attempted to fix it but didn’t and my wife was still charged for both sessions. It was so bad that when she went to another salon to get it fixed they were appalled when they saw her and thought it had to have been done bad intentionally (see photos). My wife has reached out to the owner and has not gotten a response. Needless to say, will not be going back."

"Abby was my stylist. I had been getting my hair done for sometime, mostly pleased with the experience and service. I expressed disappointment one time and she did offer to refund and was kind. But when I tried to go back and schedule the appointment was cancelled without reason and when I tried to follow up there was no communication. This was confusing as I didn’t think there was any issue, to my knowledge. Part of a business is at the very least communicating with your clients. I get all service is at choice, but it felt unprofessional to essentially ghost a standing client. It’s also hard to find someone and start over with someone new, with no knowledge of the formula used for years on my hair and paying for that service and care of my hair."
