"Clean, comfortable rooms except carpet needs to be cleaned. Daughter's soles of socks turned grayish-black from walking on carpet one evening before bed. Great service. Great breakfast selection."

"Huge security concern here. I went up to add the name of one of the other members of my party. I was given a key. I said that I don’t need another room key for it. I just want the name on there that way if the key stops working or her key gets lost, she can get a new key. The lady (which was very very friendly) told me that all they would need to do is come up and give my name to get a room key. HUGE CONCERN! I doubled back to make sure she did not misspeak and I said, “so anybody can come up here with my name and get a key to my room.” She said; “well as long as they have your name.” I would have left at that juncture had I not booked and prepaid third party which was non refundable. The next morning which was my scheduled departure I spine with a gentleman at the front desk which wouldn’t identify his position or title. I told him of my concern. Thankfully he indicated that was not their policy and they nice lady was incorrect. He said he was going to address the concern to the staff member. The reason I left 3 out of 5 is bc I think it’s important for incoming guests to double check the policy in case it doesn’t get communicated properly. Also the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. And maintained well by attendant."

"I highly would not recommend this hotel. We went to our room and it smelled of mildew. We nicely went down to the front desk. Told her the issue. She put us in another room. Get to that room, this room was not clean- it was humid and stuff on the sheets. So we packed up again and headed back down. At this point we asked for our money back. She said we booked through booking and would have to call them. So we did just that. The hotel refused to give us our money back. So we had to go spend more money to go to a different hotel. Ridiculous. Not to mention the office lady Kim just let her daughter who was 6-7 run around bare foot everywhere. Never again"

"Room was clean and quiet. Customer service is very important to me. we checked in Saturday afternoon, she was mediocre, which is ok. We got back to our room after our show right around 11. Since there is no microwave in the room, I called the front desk to see if there was a microwave I could use to heat my food up. She (Kim) said "The lobby closed at 11:00" and hung up on me!! Figured I'd still take my food down to heat up because I don't need a front desk person to help me use a microwave. NO! the door to the lobby is closed and locked!! Would be nice if there were a microwave SOMEWHERE that could be used after hours, maybe by the ice/vending machine? Cat was awesome! which is why I chose 2 stars instead of one!"
