"This place is filthy, we came in to rooms not swept or mopped, the rooms look nothing like the pics online. No maid service, no one takes out the trash, we sat it outside our room, no one ever picked it up, we weren’t offered towels or anything. We bought our own toilet paper and trash bags. This place isn’t worth $20 a night! Last but not least notice a smashed cockroach on the wall"
"We normally don't pick hotels in this price range but the reviews were great so we gave it a try. We'll stay here again. Newly remodeled very clean room right on the Branson strip."
"I booked a stay on a major travel website that has wire in it, and it guaranteed me to be a few different major brand names. Sometimes they have disclaimer that says you could receive a private name hotel, but not always and not this time. I requested a refund 15 minutes later, they called the hotel and they denied it and said too bad, you pay it anyway. Would you really want to stay somewhere where they have this negative attitude and no consideration for customer service?"
"We had the most amazing experience at the Welcome Inn. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and very friendly. The rooms are as they are pictured with all the necessities of a great stay. The location in prime spot on the Branson Strip and close to everything. The only thing was that the floors were dirty and some guests enjoyed some recreational fun outside but it was not a big deal at all for the both of us. Will be coming back next time we come!"
"Lady at check in was very nice. The rooms are nice but not baby friendly. Noticed our child’s hands and feet were covered in dirt while exploring the room. Also no mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker."
