"I pay 1,730 a month to stay here and they won't let me have visitors come over. My room is infested with roaches and mold from the upstairs bathroom. Water has came through to my bathroom before and they haven't done anything about the mold. The owners are very rude."

"Can't speak of rooms, but I did go to the lobby and waited a good 10 min. for someone to answer a question, nobody ever came. The location is close to Seminole (Across from Wayo) so depending on traffic it may or may not be difficult getting in or out. Watch out for potholes going down hill there is a few spots that has chunks out. This use to a nice place it is now a run down dump. This reminds me of places on North Glenstone."

"Cockroaches galore!!! The reviews here are TRUE AF!! The front desk is rude as hell!! Has no pesticides for the bugs. My door handle was jiggled at least 20 times during the week I stayed, like someone was checking for open doors! I’m calling the BBB after I post this, this place is seriously not worth the dangers. Wouldn’t give me my deposit back either"

"The rooms need maintenance, but looks like they are updating them. Room was very clean,but smelled musty, staff very friendly. Saw a few cockroaches in the room. The shower and sink definitely needs replaced. I would stay there again, but think it should be about $10 cheaper"
