"We had chosen this place as our family getaway with mine and my brother's family. It was a perfect room for us, having 2 separate rooms and the option of having a joining sweet if we wanted it. They have plenty of grills that we enjoyed using, and the staff was amazing. It is close to everything, and the lake was right outside our room. When we arrived, we did notice that the sink was leaking, but we informed the staff, and we were able to fix it ourselves since it was just the p-trap being loose. The dual bathroom is such a great convenience. We had some issues getting an Uber to us as the drivers kept stopping by the main office instead of the suite, but that was more on Uber than them."
"3 stars for the rooms only because they are somewhat outdated. But very clean an cozy! We enjoyed the lake view, saw several deer and ducks! The Marina area was our favorite! Lots to do! We enjoyed the included activities and also rented a jet ski! We visited while pools were not open, so that was a little disappointing. All levels of staff We encountered were great! We roamed Branson mostly, but when we were at the Condo, it was very quiet and peaceful. Safe! We look forward to visiting again when the pools are open!"
"Overall, I would stay again! Perfect location on lake with easy access and shuttle to SDC. Lots of amenities on property as well. Need to know….. There is a coffee pot but no filters or coffee in the room. No soap/shampoo or tissues. Provided are 2 bars of soap, utensils, a few plastic cups, ceramic mugs and plates and toilet tissue. I do wish I had known that other essentials for traveling needed to be packed. Had I know prior to arrival the experience would have been a bit more pleasant."
"We love staying at the resort. Lots of activities on site, and they try to keep it family friendly and have stuff for the little kids to do outside of the park and swimming. We are hoping the new indoor water park will be worth us getting an Explorer version of their timeshare offering. Love being able to shuttle back and forth to SDC and being on the lake makes it nice. Lots of free amenities and good place to stay overall."
"We had a great experience at the resort. Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful condos. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the concierge Heidi. She went above and beyond to make our stay great and booked all our shows and other adventures for us. Can't wait to go back."
