"Horrible place to stay!! Room smelt disgusting. They do not offer room service I was told I would have to stay longer than 2 weeks for my room to be cleaned up, what kind of hotel cleans every two weeks? I have never experienced such horrible service we had to change out our own bed sheets and towels. Do not come here!"
"A market research study states that it takes 12 positive customer service experiences to negate one negative one. Well, a few weeks ago, when my husband and I began our temporary stay here, I left an initial review about Woodspring Suites, and it was quite adversed (opposed) to this place. I was really mad at that moment. I had a noise complaint I had made a few times, and the employee at the front desk was no damn help at all. Whenever I went to him about it, he was disregarding and dismissive. Which pissed me off. So, I got online and took my anger out on the whole place because of one bad employee. He really sucked. However, since then, I've had a change of mind. We've been here long enough to notice the more positive aspects of this place. The lousy employee I had the unfavorable interactions with is no longer here. That's a plus. Also, we have taken notice of how hard the other employees work to hold Woodspring up. The evening front desk employee, JJ, is quite personable and actually cares about the comfort of those who stay here. I like him. We've seen another employee, Brian, who does everything there is to do here, juggling so much, and yet remains professional, warm, and friendly. And I've noticed how much the housekeepers have on their plates as well. Everyone's trying their best here, and we appreciate that. So, the one negative experience I had in the beginning, which provoked a bad review from me, has been negated specifically by the employees I mentioned. Oh, including Miguel. He's cool. I know this was lengthy, but I wanted to recant my initial critique and leave a better one. I hope this helps."
"We were visiting family and need a place to stay for a night. I did not read reviews before coming , first impression was a nasty smell of smoke when the area was a non smoking area. Rooms were not clean neither restroom you cold see yellow grime around toilet, floors looked dirty. I really do hope I do receive my deposit as told , according to reviews they dont not very satisfied at this moment with the cleanliness of the room."
"This hotel overbooked and gave our room away. I made this reservation months ahead of time and booked directly through Marriott's website, versus a third party. I also prepaid. A customer who plans ahead MONTHS and prePAYS should not be turned away/have their room given away. We arrived late night last night 11:40 possibly around midnight after having driven 12 hours straight from Denver!! We were relocated to a two star hotel (that despite great customer service) was filthy and had roaches! There is literally a review on this hotel talking about bedbugs! We were forced into this accommodation late at night and left to figure out lodging fir the remainder of our vacation. My boyfriend is the lead purchaser/receiver at Westin in Colorado. He has lead me to believe Marriott has a certain level of care and standards to which they adhere, but apparently that does not apply nationwide. It was obviously a manager's decision to give away these rooms (Christine Shipley?) About 10 other reservations were also deleted/given away and sent to the 2 star location. Being left to find lodging last minute before our event that I planned months ago is infuriating. I am disgusted at this level of "care". This review will go on Google maps, yelp, trip advisor. People need to know they are not in good hands at this hotel."
"It was a decent place to stay not the best but great fir long stays. Rooms aren't big but ots enough to stay in for awhile. Can rent rooms for months if needed. The location isn't the easiest to find even though you cam see from highway but I enjoyed my stay and the staff was great. One of the better extended stay places I've stayed at. I would come here again. It allows pets which is important to me. You keep your own place clean has laundry facilities and vending but rooms have refrigerator stove and microwave. You provide your own dishes and everything but they do offer different packages to buy that has dish stuff and other things no coffee maker unless you buy one from them but it's not too expensive. It was a good deal and no one bothered me my whole stay"
