"Ordered a few items showing available for pick up at this location for my Valentine, When I showed up they told me that they “could not find” the items I ordered. Could have saved me the trip and some off time by simply letting me know BEFOREHAND that the items were not available even though app says the opposite. Ruined my valentine’s day surprise for sure."

"I was told by 2 customer service employees that I can not return gift cards. Because "it's company policy." I asked for a manager, and he said he can't refund it either. He said I needed to buy something, keep the receipt, and then return the item and receipt to get a refund. Which is what I did. So I wasted 10 minutes of my time finding an item, buying it, and then returning it. Wasting my time and the employees time just to get 25$. There's no way that a multi billion dollar franchise can't just refund a gift card. I've never been to any store that can't just refund a gift card. Yall wasted my time and the time of your employees for something that could have been solved in 40 seconds."

"This is the closest target to my house but it has major issues. Always out of stock on basic items like milk for pickups. Dressing rooms are routinely closed way before closing for no reason. I have had to buy 3 of a swimsuit to determine what size I was. Now, I have encountered that their security gates either don’t go off or make a very quiet sound when you leave with a security tag on. I wish it was audible so I could turn around and have them remove it while I was there. Or have a team member approach me. Neither of which have happened and I let customer service know since this is an ongoing problem. You would THINK they would care since people could be shoplifting through self checkout but all they said was “I don’t know” and they seemed annoyed I brought it up. 1 star for customer service. So, if you’re looking to shoplift this is the spot. No one will stop you or care. Target, do better."

"They spent a lot of money on this on remodeling this this last year. Looks like they did a real nice job."

"I’ve never encountered a Target that is as routinely poorly stocked as this location. And this is my ‘home’ Target. I’m a frequent Drive Up customer, and I can’t tell you how many times I get a notification that an item is out of stock. The pictures I have included were taken on 07-19-2023. We are talking about a store that is out of pantry staples like butter, eggs, and salad. With these sort of inventory levels, it’s almost like this location has been hit by another pandemic."
