"Lived here from 2021 - 2023, moved out because I bought a house. For location and apartment size, the price is right. Buildings are old, so upstairs floorboards are extra creaky and don't absorb a lot of noise from children/pets running. Old and drafty windows need replaced. With older buildings comes lots of plumbing issues as well (sink backups specifically). No pest or mold issues experienced. Maintenance is quick to respond. Grounds are mediocrely kept. Management is not great--little notice provided prior to requesting entry to unit, communication subpar, don't enforce off-leash or waste pick up rules for dogs. In buildings with units without W/D hookups, on-site laundry machines are half sized and they have the audacity to charge $1.75 per wash AND per dry cycle."

"Genuinely don’t recommend these apartments. Hot water always has to be fixed every week and you have to shower with cold water for literally three days straight. The hallway lights always go out and it takes them over two month to fix you have to use your flash to lock and unlock your doors not safe for when you have children. The decks aren’t safely built. The cabinets break super easily and you have to keep fixing and fixing. The bathtub paint starts peeling and you have to keep taking off the pieces of paint because it doesn’t let the water drain properly. Both my sinks were clogged and I kept calling for them to come and fix it and it took them one month to come fix. I had to wash dishes in a pot and then dumb the dirty water out for a whole month."

"Lived here two years and the whole time I never had ac. My apartment got up to 87. My dogs could of gotten heat stroke I've put in numerous work order and the unit was never fix. Even now when I left turning in the keys still doesn't work. Gave us a small window unit that couldn't even keep a room cool. The windows are so old that they leak air like crazy. To the point that's even sad. Management not the very best. But say they are fighting landmark reality. The maintenance workers are awesome especially Dominic."

"My apartment gets over 85, if close to 90 degrees with the unit AC 'working' and a window unit running. They provided the window AC unit to try and accommodate the fact that the AC unit is too small and the fact that it's constantly getting worked on for my apartment. They have randomly shut off water to make repairs in other parts of the buidling without informing anyone. The maintenance is questionable, I have had multiple people in to fix the same problems for 3 years. People do not pick up after their dogs. Maintenance seems to be able to come in-and-out of apartments without letting tenants know when they will be doing work."

"**Update** Management is hosting a Pizza party to bribe residents for positive Google reviews. I would be skeptical about any review dated 9/21/18 or later. Also, when asked about the numerous exterior safety lights that are out, office staff told me residents have to tell them when we notice lights out, they don't proactively do anything to ensure the residents have a safe place. I've lived here 1 1/2 years and while the apartment is huge and location is perfect, the complex is terrible. Yes it's an old apartment, but management/ownership has done nothing to keep up/improve the grounds. There are holes in the concrete, poor lighting in the parking lot, shingles coming off the roofs, Car ports in disrepair, exposed exterior electrical boxes, and neglected grounds (trees down, mud, sticks, etc). In summary, great square footage in the unit but very old apartments with management/ownership that has no interest in any improvements."
