"Mission Heights Apartments is the best place to live! Everything about this complex is great. Let's start with management, everyone is so friendly and kind. Tracy, Don, and Rick really do a great job of making every tenant feel like family. Communication is always lightning speed and they are quick to fix any issues you may have. The apartment itself is very well kept up and they are always doing renovations to improve the unit. They went out of their way to make the apartment feel brand new for me. Lastly, the location is wonderful as well. It is such a quaint and modern area filled with lots of shops and places to eat. This is the perfect place to live and is such a reasonable cost too. I highly HIGHLY recommend these apartments as your next home."

"I've just finished living for 5 years at Mission Heights Apartments (moving to the Bay Area for work) and overall my experience has been great! Tracy and Don have always been quick to respond to and fix any issues that arise in the apartment and overall the building is well maintained and clean. The location is excellent: It is easy driving distance both to downtown KC and the various shops/shopping of Johnson County plus you can easily walk to the local shops in Mission. The area is safe and quiet and has a family neighborhood feel. I also loved the convenience of the Sylvester Powell Community Center for working out and swimming."

"For the location and apartment size, the price is fantastic. New appliances, carpet, and countertops when I moved in. Maintenance has been quick and great. I was initially concerned about the shared laundry, but I've had zero issues doing my laundry when I want to. Other tenants are very friendly, courteous, and quiet. Love that I can walk to plenty of shops and restaurants on Johnson drive, and even Starbucks is just a 10 min walk."

"I live here and I don't know where some of these reviews come from, but if you ask any of my neighbors we really enjoy living here. When I started looking for an apartment in the area, I drove by and I could see the landscape and the building were very well kept, and my unit was very nice and updated. You can tell they take care of the property because all the A/Cs look new and I saw them bring in the big trucks to replace the roof more than a year ago. Overall I have found the office and maintenance crew to be exceptional and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have been very responsive to me. I am very pleased with my living experience here at Mission Heights Apartments."
