"Moving to this community has been such a wonderful experience for me. The moment I stepped into my new apartment, I was immediately taken aback by how nice and spacious it is. The amenities provided here are simply beautiful and meticulously maintained, which adds to the overall appeal of the place. One of the things that I truly adore about this community is the amazing staff. The ladies in the office are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure that residents like myself feel welcomed and taken care of. And the maintenance staff is equally impressive, promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Their dedication to maintaining the community is evident and greatly appreciated. Another perk of living here is the bar located right next door. It's an added incentive to have such a convenient and enjoyable place to unwind and socialize with friends. The proximity of the bar adds a vibrant and lively atmosphere to the community, making it even more appealing. Looking back, my only regret is not moving here sooner. The quality of life and the sense of belonging I have found in this community are truly unparalleled. I am grateful for the opportunity to call this place home and excited for what the future holds in this wonderful community."

"The overall apartment experience has been quite satisfactory, although it is not uncommon for management teams to decline in quality. We have been residents here for over two years. Since Monday the 22nd, there has been an unfortunate occurrence of dog poop being tracked up and down the stairs, as well as in elevator #3. I refrained from reporting this matter until Wednesday, hoping that it would be promptly addressed and resolved. However, the maintenance employee only made a half-hearted attempt to clean it with a mop, which ended up exacerbating the smell. Consequently, using the elevator or stairs has become quite unpleasant and unappetizing. I was informed that the cleaning team would take care of it by Thursday. However, it is now Friday, and the unpleasant odor lingers, making it difficult to use the stairs and elevator without feeling disgusted. It is disheartening to think that the well-being and satisfaction of the tenants might be of lesser importance than the staff's convenience at this establishment."

"Amazing place to live with great staff BUT the power fails seemingly at random sometimes and salt is not put on the top floor of the parking garage so I’ve slipped a couple times. EDIT: Happy to note that salt was put out on the top level this last snow. I’d also like to mention that the maintenance team is quick (+brought my dog a treat) and Jillian has been quick to resolve any changes or questions I have needed. Overall, love living here and overall benefits outweigh small imperfections."

"The maintenance team is great! Terry and John have not only been timely and efficient in helping with everything I have needed during my lease, but they have also been a friendly face and part of the community here at The Locale. Even the dogs in the building love Terry and John! They always have treats with them on hand and are as friendly to the residents' pets as they are the residents themselves. Easily the nicest and most helpful maintenance staff I have ever encountered in any apartment I have lived in. 5 Stars!"
