"I've had two appointments with Hali and she's fantastic! She walked me through the process (I had no idea what I wanted,) so I told her to just do her thing and I could not be more pleased! Aside from being talented, she's super friendly and down-to-earth, which is sadly unommon in the beauty industry. After my first appointment, she sent me a handwritten thank you card-a lost art.
