The employees seemed genuinely interested in providing the service you need in the most cost effective manner to you! While waiting for service, I dropped in on one of the people explaining over the phone to a customer how he can save $50 by buying the item on line rather than getting it from the store. I had to ask the guy again to make sure I understood what he said on the phone! On another occasion I left my phone to have the screen replaced only to find out when I went to pick it up that it was fixed for a fraction of what replacement would have cost!"
