"Worst customer service ever. I am a Best Buy member and I come to this store everyday (almost every week). Been coming here for years but today I bought an item and got disrespected by a customer service rep and right after I hit the parking lot, I made a U turn and went back to make a return. Never giving them any business anymore because Mercy (The young lady) was rude to me, declined to help despite the fact that the sales associate/cashier in the front sent me to her. She was rude and said “We don’t do it here”. If someone does not want to work they should not come to come to work to ruin positive experiences of people. I am someone who never argues or writes bad reviews. Please give me a number I can connect to the supervisor of this store or else I am filing a complain to the corporate."
