"I had a disappointing experience at this thrift store. Throughout my visit, an older staff member, an elderly white lady, followed us around, even going to the checkout to inspect our purchase of two children's books. This felt intrusive and unwelcoming. Additionally, discovering that the store is affiliated with a Catholic charity made the behavior even more disappointing, as it seemed inconsistent with Christian values of trust and kindness. I hope the store addresses these issues to create a more positive shopping environment."

"This thrift store needs to close its doors so that a quality business who deserves this space can make this space worth having. The turnstyle in North overland Park/ Lenexa has a bigger space, knows customer service skills, and is well deserving of its business, unlike the turnstyle in South overland Park at 135th. Closing business for 5 days abs reopening for 1 day, is a wasted time of service that is not any of the customer care is taken too far."

"Very clean store.. Very organized. Prices are fair and selection is great. The staff is very kind and the manager Mary is so nice. Highly recommend!"

"The store is clean and well organized, and the employees/volunteers are eager to assist. Unfortunately, brands they consider “designer”, no matter the condition or cleanliness, are often marked up to nearly what they cost brand new. Just because a piece is Vineyard Vines, Lululemon, North Face or Patagonia, doesn’t mean its price should automatically be elevated. I wish they would take into consideration the individual piece’s age, wear, use, and cleanliness. The other Turnstyles in the area don’t seem to mark up clothing like this particular store does."

"Found 3 nice mens athletic shirts in the men’s section. Cashier took the items from me at checkout and went off to talk with another women at checkout. She then refused to sell the items to me because they needed to reprice them higher. When I offered to pay a higher price they said they wouldn’t sell them to me that day because they don’t do pricing. Staff was very rude and accusatory towards me for their mistake. Don’t think I’ll return to this thrift store, they’ve gotten just as bad as goodwill."
