"When I needed a new tv, I did not think twice about going to Best Buy, even though I had bought very little there for years. I purchased the tv and set up the delivery for two days hence. Unfortunately I missed on the receipt that the clerk forgot to put my address on it and it was labeled to be delivered to the store. Did you know that it is almost impossible to call a store? They have a “concierge” service that intervenes and disables calls to the store. I will never order anything from Best Buy that requires delivery again. It has been a frustrating week and several long calls on hold."
"None of the employees had any knowledge about the product we were looking to purchase. They were looking it up on their phone. I could do that myself. I went to Best Buy to get in person advice on the quality / ease of use of the item but they didn't know anything about the items. Best Buy use to be a great place to shop for electronics now that they are closing many of their stores not so much."

Just enough time to spare for Sean to explain the membership benefits but not push it on us. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Best Buy.
