"The Home Depot off Metcalf in Overland Park Kansas. The location was clean and well lit. Handicap Park, Handicap Accessible Doors All the shelves were organized and stocked. Staff was helpful. Prices were reasonable."

In-store kiosk for list of independent individuals specializing in gardening, small building projects... Seasonal selections are great. In-store specials. WHAT IS DISAPPOINTING IS THAT MORE AND MORE ITEMS OTHER THAN TOOLS AND HARDWOOD MUST BE ORDERED ON-LINE FROM HOME DEPOT. Wheelchair accessible, Ample parking. "Our online order fulfillment with delivery was rerouted to the Midtown store without our knowledge. There were several issues, including broken items, less than the quantity ordered, and really poor quality of the items loaded by their team. I don’t recommend this particular location as they don’t seem to consider the quality of products be delivered to their customers. Now, because it will take more time than we have to wait, I’ll get to go pick up a Home Depot truck, load all of these poor quality items up, take them in to exchange them, and waste part of the day. I’m sure they’ll refund the delivery fee and waive the cost of the rental truck, but that’s not the point."
