"We’ve purchased LG appliances from Four High Management several times for our home and Airbnb. Their prices are always great for an appliance with a small scratch or cosmetic defect. The after sale service is what this review is about, however. Three years after purchasing a LG washer/dryer combination I had a small leak in the door seal. I was quoted $580 to replace it by At Your Service appliance, but they needed to confirm the model number to order the part. I only called Four High to find out the correct model number so At Your Service could order the correct door gasket. To my amazement, Four High offered to come fix it for no charge. They sent a guy named Joseph who quickly replaced the defective part and didn’t charge me a dime, despite the appliance being far out of warranty. This was above and beyond. I love this place."

They had the lowest prices out of the three appliance stores I’ve been to and I purchased a washer and dryer within 15min. The sales person had an excellent customer service as well!"
