"Bought a refrigerator on Monday and were told that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Great, but not great as we waited and waited then were told at 8:30 pm that the delivery would not happen. Okay I understand things happen, but then the delivery couldn't be rescheduled until Thursday. Really? Why wouldn't the deliveries that didn't happen get first priority the next day? This is unacceptable customer service. Now we wait to see if the delivery will actually happen on Thursday . If it doesn't, I will probably get a refund and shop somewhere else. Lowes needs to work on their delivery system. Edit. It is now Thursday and the delivery truck broke down. No delivery and I leave town tomorrow. Guess the purchase gets cancelled. Edit number two. I call the 800 number from the reply from Lowes and get the distribution center . The computer wants to know what it can help me with. What should I say? Help me with my Google review?Really, the distribution center? Not a manager of some kind? Not a real person?"

"If I could rate zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. We purchased carpet and installation. We were told two weeks or less. After two weeks we heard absolutely nothing. Check on our order and they say there’s a backlog on what we ordered. We ask what are our options and they tell us we can get a different carpet and they can be there right away. We do that but still get nothing. Now we try calling and just get out on hold for hours and hours over the last week or so. Now we’re trying to cancel the order and of course they’re giving us the run around. They keep telling us now that they’re having a hard time finding our order or that it is done. It’s not done and we’re so over this run around. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere locally owned and operated. These big box stores don’t care about you, your money, or their service. Add insult to injury, they ask us to stop in to work on a refund. They tell us who we need to see and that they’ll have some paperwork ready. My wife shows up, nothing is ready or set aside, and nobody there that is “qualified” to help us."

"Scheduled a same day delivery, driver "checks" the delivery out and discovers it won't fit in their car and now I have to do a pick up but only after getting a refund and purchasing it again because the Lowe's system has no way to reverse the driver "check out" process. Something so easy turned into a mess. If I can't carry it out of the store, I'm not going to Lowe's. They get two stars because the purchase was easy."

"This Lowe's location is centrally located and provides a great selection of products. Online order pick up is very efficient and straight forward. Prices are reasonable. The staff is always around and very helpful. They often times will walk with you while explaining where items are. They are patient and always answer any questions I have. The store is clean and well organized. The restrooms are also clean and nicely stocked each time I visit. I adore the plant and plant supply section. One of the best parts is they allow you to bring in your leashed pet and our little Maltipoo loves when we tell him we're taking a trip to Lowe's. He knows he's going to get a lot of attention and compliments from staff and other customers."
