"This will be the first and absolute last time I ever bring my dog here! It looks like they didn't even try to make my pomeranian's fur (or what's left of it!) symmetrical or smooth. This has been the worst grooming she has ever had! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"
"Since I called lady was rude, when I walked in with my dog she asked if my dog had been groomed before which I replied with yes and she told me “well she doesn’t act like it” sorry if my dog wants to be friendly! When I picked up I realized that you get what you pay for, yes she was affordable compared to my regular groomer but my dog sheed more hair all over my car after I picked her up. My dog looks like a skinny rat with a big head they didn’t even wash her face it was still stinky and had eye buggers. The lady told me that my dog doesn’t know how to behave and has no grooming manners. God only knows how they treated her when I wasn’t there. If you want to save yourself some disappointment don’t come here. I actually think they gave my dog fleas she won’t stop scratching and bitting herself"
"Brought our golden retriever here last minute today, and they did an amazing job! I was a little nervous because the pricing is AMAZING but they did a wonderful job, best groom she’s ever had! They also let us know about fleas and we were able to go get her some medicine. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend."
