"At store in Salem Oregon on Lancaster and treated terribly and followed around from the moment I entered the store by two employees very obviously and then I guess because I picked up a bag of cotton candy that was a dollar 49 and then set it down later she's asked me to leave an accuse me of stealing it. I showed her where it was located and asked her why she was following me around the whole time she did not have an answer for me after I continue to go through the aisle she asked me to please leave her name is Teresa and I felt extremely embarrassed her and upset and didn't get an answer on why she was profiling me or asking me to leave I'm walking around with some other employee who is shorter and fatter than her they were unable to give me any explanation and they falsely accuse me of stealing which I believe is certainly against your policy. She also was supposed to be off work from what the other clerks had said to her while she was following me around asking her what she was still doing there she was supposed to be off I'd really like someone to take care of this I don't need to be treated like garbage because I don't fit a certain profile or whatever I never been in the store but two times in my life and I haven't stolen or made a mess or anything like that thank you My mistake also I believe the lady that was with Teresa was a shopper so that's actually even more upsetting and embarrassing because she's standing there with her the whole time probably 15 minutes at least following me in the store obviously for no good reason whatsoever this kind of actions and behavior and I can see why people get upset going to the store it made me not feel like a human being and I told them I had money and food stamps and intended to spend it when I said I had $700 in food stamps and $100 in cash they snickered at me I really hope you guys take this seriously and get this information to a district manager or someone that will do something about it I can't help the condition of the world or this town but I don't deserve to get treated like a creep no matter what. my feelings are hurt and when these people are working with the public I feel like they should have some kind of sensitivity training or compassion because they might end up with someone in there that has severe mental health illnesses or some other kind of disability and doesn't deserve to be treated badly or even if they were a bad person if they are trying to keep a business up and running safely and successfully to be so cruel and rude and kick me out when I want to buy some food and a t-shirt or something but I can't pick anything up because of the way they're following me and acting I think that they should be retrained if not fired of course. I didn't mention that they said over the intercom "security scan to areas five and six a security please scan these areas and scan entire store" when I was in those areas and after I exited and I did not engage in any threats or any theft or anything like that she and her Compadre followed me outside and I went into Taco Bell which is across the parking lot and had stopped at a car to respond to someone asking me a question and they walked through the parking lot and appeared to maybe be taken down the info on the car or taking pictures of me I'm not sure but it's beyond normal company policy or behavior"

"10/10 don’t recommend buying anything made broyhill especially the Eden collection. I’ve had my bed frame from almost a year and it’s collapsed and has broke over 5 plus times and there’s only TWO people sleeping on the bed, not worth 2,000 for a bed frame that breaks in less than 8 months. Y’all are ripping people off of their hard working money."

"They seem to have what I am looking for every time I go in this store and I usually can get a better price on things than what is on the item"

"I went in with a friend she was looking for a recliner. I couldn't believe Big Lots had a few recliners but they were huge! Not everyone wants an oversized recliner! There were a lot of empty shelves and the prices were very high! My friend and I will not ever be going back to Big Lots!"
