"Every one knows Costco has a fuel station but this one is on enough property to have good flow of traffic that does not impede getting to the store. There is a good separation between the egress and entrance so getting in is not an issue. This is a well planned store."
"WinCo has better prices and they don't charge a membership. A card that I have to dig out and show them 4 times at check points. So then I lost the card so I had to go to the front and get a new one. Then the door man is super rude because I have 2 receipts. I am not stealing anything from them."
"I thoroughly enjoy exploring Costco when I'm in a new town and my recent visit to the Salem location left me impressed. This store is much bigger than my home location and, being in a different distribution zone, stocks many products I wish were carried at my location including Olipop, Alexia, and Kewpie. The expansive selection of Tillamook cheese was particularly envy-inducing. Even the food court surprised me with a unique item—the roast beef sandwich. Spending a Friday night meandering the aisles was a delightful experience and our cashier was particularly friendly :)"
"I don't like Costco as much as I did at the Mission St location. It is harder to find parking here and it seems the people are ruder (the customers, that is). It is also a LOT more crowded since the move out South... which is great for them, but not as a shopper. The other building needed more repairs than they were willing to do, however, so they sold it. I do like that Chic-fil-a and Starbucks are both now in the same parking lot, though! That makes it super convenient and easy. The staff at this location are mostly all nice and helpful. One woman, in particular, I can't remember her name, but she has helped me a couple of times with my special needs client when she acts out and starts screaming. She brought her stickers and sat with us. It was really above and beyond. Jenn, in customer service, is really awesome and helpful, as well!"
