"I ordered a Traeger grill to be delivered. I got a pallet with a giant box on it placed in my driveway. Apparently some assembly required. For the record, yes, I would like it assembled before you deliver it. I think any reasonable human being would like it assembled before you deliver it. Taping a note to the box reading, "Do Not Assemble!" is just adding insult to injury at this point."
"I have been to Home Depot several times but my last experience was a testament to why I prefer Home Depot over Lowe’s or other stores. I actually needed to buy some paint. I called up the store and they picked up quickly and answered my questions and told me exactly where to go. I go there and the guy at the paint section helped me pick after understanding my needs and overall project. They weren’t trying to upsell at any point. Genuine customer service and I am satisfied with my purchase"
