"It took weeks for them to cremate our dog and they lost our contact information. How do you lose the paperwork WE FILLED OUT WITH YOU IN YOUR STORE?!!! Now they aren't open on weekends for us to pick up our pet, which they acted like they had no clue about, and had none of our info to go with. Truly a terrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars. The owner of heavenly wings (ROBIN) went on huge rant about how VCA recently dropped her company and didn't even tell her, and said that VCA accused them of losing ashes and not being timely. We had just lost our dog and had to sit and listen to the owner rant about how the big corporations are taking over and taking away her business... not the conversation you want to have when you just had to put your pet of 15 years down."

"Heavenly Wings offered excellent compassionate care as we sent our “dingo” (ACD) off on his next adventure. They were understanding when we had to move up our scheduled appointment due to the changing health situation with Parker. Their pricing is fair and does not “prey” on the emotional state of their clients (as human funeral services do).
