"Took my little girl in because she was showing symptoms of a UTI. The staff got me in right away. They were so kind and patient, and the vet & vet technicians were so reassuring and gentle with my cat. This is by far the best vet in Salem. I trust them wholeheartedly with both of my girls."
"My pet was dying . I waited for 30 minutes for them to open just for them to tell me they are not accepting new patients. Where is the love for animals ???. I did not want my dog to be a regular patient ! He was dying and they had no concern for him. They did not offer to even let him be seen to be saved. I recommend not going to this place if you can help it"
"They took her on short notice and gave her what she needed. That's the best I can say. It was our first visit to their clinic and will probably be our last. I did not find the environment welcoming and was not impressed with their handling of my dog. No one looked at or spoke to my dog in any effort to connect with or reassure her. No one (that I saw) offered her a treat. And they muzzled her, unecessarily in my opinion. She is fifteen pounds, more than twelve years old, lame, and missing half her teeth; no threat to anyone, especially anyone who understands dogs. Not impressed!"
