"I have visited this location twice both times for bike fitting appointments, Jacob the bike fitter is polite and extremely knowledgeable is this area of bikes, he explains everything and makes adjustments where they are needed to ensure a proper fitting. The shop has always been clean and the staff is very friendly. They have two locations pretty close to each other, between the two shops I'm sure your bike and equipment needs will surely be met!"

They assisted me in realizing that parts from my bike had been stolen rather than merely my chain breaking. They changed my gear for free on labor and with cheap components because they were so empathetic. These people are incredible!"
