"Please note that this is not a store front. I had initially called on Saturday and nobody picked up. No big deal. as they might have been busy. Called again about 5 minutes later and they picked up within the 2nd ring. I spoke with Ronnie who had JUST LANDED back in Portland coming from Indianapolis doing the PRI event. He was still on the plane on the tarmac at that point. He asked if he could take my info and a few questions about what I needed and he could contact me later in the day. Of course that was acceptable. I never did get that return call on Saturday. I figured it wasn't a big deal as he had just flown in from across nearly the other side of the country on business. Late at night after 10pm I went to their website and filled out their Contact section saying that we spoke earlier and what I was looking for. Considering their posted hours are Mon-Sat, I didn't expect a response until Monday. Sunday morning at 5:49 I get an email back from Ronnie listing out the items I wanted, what sizes and colors he had available in those, as well as links to the items themselves so I could have an opportunity to see what was being offered to me, and his contact information. Ronnie was a pleasure to talk to. He was polite, well informed, and didn't try to push any other products/accessories that I did not inquire about. I would HIGHLY recommend Product41. If you can't reach them by phone, go to their website and fill out the Contact section. I think I experienced a rare fluke by not getting a call back and I don't think it would happen normally. They are really on top of the website and overall customer service."
