"It's R.E.I. If you want the best stuff, and the second best stuff, this is your place. If you like 10% back and a lifetime satisfaction guarantee, you'll find that here. The sales people will likely have firsthand experience with the product you have questions about, they'll be friendly, they'll try to sell you the cheapest and best membership you've ever been offered. If that's for you, this is your place. The other places have lots of guns, if that's your thing, don't go here. I don't think they have those."
