"went to return a jacket i bought on 12/11/23, cashier told me that i was past the 30 day return and could only exchange for in store credit after already asking if if i’d like to exchange it for anything else. i questioned her about the extended holiday return policy and she did the return no questions asked. i don’t appreciate the lying. this location will not be getting my business anymore."

"I used to hate lululemon. Even thought I could fit in their small sizing back in the day, I was offended by some of their branding. Flash forward 10 years. I'm older and definitely out of shape. I was releuctant to go in to the Bridgeport store because I figured there was little hope anything would fit me. I was afraid to ask for help but someone promptly came over to help me and I was blown away by how sensitive and helpful the person was. I was steered to some items I needed and I am pleasantly surprised that there was sizing that worked for me. I have been back to this store several times now and have made multiple purchases. Every sales associate I have encountered has been super helpful and knowledgeable. I am really pleased with the current culture of the company if this store is reflective of that culture. Inclusion spans to older women like me just as much as other groups. It's nice to not feel worried about being judged. I appreciate this store."
