"I have been a free people customer for many years now but switched to online shopping when covid started. Recently I had an issue with returning my item online and ended up having to go in store to ask for help. I felt so bad for not being able to figure it out but all of the staff members were so kind and helpful. Not only did they help me process the return but showed me step by step how to do it online in the future!!!
