"Typically Buckle is one of my favorite stores to shop at, just not this particular Buckle. I'm not sure if all the employees here are terrible or if it's only the employee I interacted with. "Julie" came up to me, asked if I needed a fitting room and I asked her about some jeans which she said she would look for. So then I stood by the waiting room for at least 10 minutes while she chit chatted and giggled with a male customer along with her coworker. Finally she noticed me standing there, waiting for the fitting room I thought she was getting for me 15 minutes ago and doesn't even mention the jeans she was supposed to be looking to see if they had. It was beyond frustrating so I left and I don't think I'll be returning. I know if my employees were standing around flirting with customers instead of doing their job I would be looking for new employees"

"I love the clothes from this store, the worse is the employees, my last visit was last week on July 17 2023, any of the employees ask if i need anything, they just was using their phones laughing like crazy sitting looking to each other having conversations about stupid things but nothing about the store, customer, or how to improve a better customer service, owner please train your employees cuz we need a better customer service, cuz the clothes isn’t cheap.THANK YOU.!"

"Probably had our worst retail experience this evening at Buckle. There were two girls on the checkout counter chatting loudly, not welcoming or helping any customers. My girlfriend went up to them and politely asked if they have a clearance section, and one of the girls just rudely said “No” and continued chatting. Pathetic customer service."

"I used to buy all my jeans here. The last two pairs I've purchased have had the back pockets start to tear out in less than a year. Clearly, they have cheapened their manufacturing while keeping the prices premium. I tried to speak with customer service about this, but they made it clear that they simply do not care. I strongly recommend to anyone buying jeans to go elsewhere. Why spend $70-$100 on something that will fall apart in six months?"
