"I bought a dress and sandals. I love the dress. It’s unique and gorgeous. However, I spend thousands of dollars on the sandals but when I wear them, they are not comfortable at all and slippery. The straps hurt and my feet get dirty very quickly when I wear them. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have a customer service guarantee. I feel bad and stuck with this sandals. I tried to return them, but they said no return. I do expect high quality of the product when spend thousands of dollars. I don’t think I will spend that much money at the store anymore. Feel bad!"

"I popped into the shop this morning and did not get a great vibe. The lady “helping” me looked me up and down, noticing my casual attire, and I was beyond turned off. Thankfully I had a designer handbag or I’m sure she wouldn’t have let me in! Note to your Staff: 1. Remind them THEY are the ones working 2. NEVER judge a client by their appearance. You can lose A LOT of cash that way! I don’t typically go around writing negative reviews, however, this is a very important lesson retail staff need to learn."

"What a great store. Wasn't aware who Mario was or how the store originated but the sales associate was knowledgeable and attentive. Items a quite pricy as Prada, Jimmy Choo and other designers had featured items there so go ready to spend some money but definitely worth a look see."

"If i can, i will give a 0. the quality of clothing is good, but the service is totally bad. I ordered a shirt and pants two weeks ago, and they promised to deliver them to me by June 12. The clothes were for my graduation, but they only sent me pants. I made a lot of phone calls, but it doesnt help at all. At last, I didn't get my shirt so far. I don't know why they can be so slow."
