Autumn Chase Apartments

"Would give ZERO STARS if possible. The Land Lord CJ who lived on site needs to be fired. She is clearly too old to be doing her job. I paid rent on time every month I lived there, I never had any issues except with the crime in the area and the behavior of CJ the landlord. She in unprofessional, gossips to other tenants, and talks way too much. Do NOT EVER expect an east in and out meeting. She never completes anything on time, her documents are often unorganized, maintenance request are rarely tended to quickly, she is always so far behind in paperwork, and to top it off CJ gossips about her tenants, and consistently lies. She told me about islander couple who lived in the complex, and the wife tried to attack the husband with a knife, and felt that CPS needs to be involved. She had initiated arguments between my family members and I by stating we said things we supposedly said that were false, or twisting words. Autumn Chase Apartments needs to choose a better person as landlord. Someone who can actually get the job done professionally. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"Went this after to turn in our application's for a unit for later in the month. When the manager on site was reviewing my particular application she had questions about my rental history. So I was trying to appease her by filling out all necessary information when she asked about my renting from a family member. Particularly the rent portion and when I didn't answer her properly she and I quote "Honey I think you have some mental health problems and you should get some help and get on some kind of medication. " I know I didn't handle it well but you do not say that to someone. I don't care who you are that is just rude and uncalled for."
