"I’ve lived here for about 7 months, the first experience my car was stolen the same day there was a house invasion, my second experience the assistant manager threatened me with writing me up because my dog was outside in the balcony, now the lady that lives downstairs from me lets her cat out all day, mind you there’s a small forest in the back. Her cat goes after my dog, my dog is super friendly, and well the cat infested my dog with fleas! I’ve bombed my apartment but they’re supposed to clean up after the apartment complex. They haven’t done it. I took my dog to the vet and my bill came up to 1,000$ just because of the flea bites, my dog has been bleeding and is lethargic.my dogs is under supervision due to this problem! What does the apartment complex has to say?!? Don’t rent here! Everything here is broken, the apartment itself needs to be fixed, there's cat poop and dog poop from people not picking up, the kids throw things on the floor and no one seems to pick up after the kids."
"They towed 16 cars last night that i know of. SIXTEEN. When you move in here, they fail to mention that you need a visitors pass to park in ANY of the unassigned spots. The visitors pass is only good for 14 calendar days per year. Oh, and the visitors pass can get only be obtained by the leasing office, but of course it closes at 5 pm, so if you have an overnight visitor and they get here after the leasing office closes and park in a visitors or unmarked spot overnight, they will be towed. I went to the tow yard to pick up one of my vehicles and a friend had to pick up their vehicle, $605. And behind me was 7 people from the same complex dealing with the same thing. No warning, NOTHING! These are hard times, and instead of putting a sticker on the cars in visitor or unmarked spots, you just tow them? $302 per car multipled by 16, that’s $5000. There was a family of 3 behind me crying because they couldn’t afford to get their car out of tow and they LIVE HERE!!!!!! “Oh well sorry it’s in the lease agreement” Then explain that when you have residents move in. I’ve been here for 5 months and everyone has been parking in the unmarked spots. THATS WHAT UNMARKED SPOTS ARE FOR! OTHER VEHICLES! So if the other vehicles need a “parking pass” to park in an unmarked spot, send out an email to the residents, send out a warning, put a sticker on the car saying you need a visitors pass, anything. Don’t just tow it. Unless of course it’s in someone’s marked spot. So morally wrong on a lot of levels and everyone knows it. Moral of the story: You can’t park here unless you want to jump through hoops."
"These are the most beautiful apartments I have ever lived in. The kitchen is small but fully functional. All granite with under mounted sinks. Plenty of storage space And very quality appliances. Aside rent being due by the 4th. I would go back"
"Leasing process was fast & simple. Erik was very helpful & would respond back quick to calls & messages which made the process much more enjoyable. Very family friendly neighborhood! Happy to be a new resident here!!!"
"Aviva is super nice! Definitely the best property manager I've ever dealt with. Maintenance is very friendly and on top of their game. Lots of family activities, and even slip and slides for the kids on hot days! Great place to live!"
