"I would have rated a lot higher a year ago, but now that the managers have retired, things don't run as smoothly and it has been one thing after another from notices constantly on my door (5 in 2 weeks), a rent increase, to the substitute manager yelling across the parking lot at someone for not having their very well mannered dog on a leash. I work at night, last thing I want is to be woke up with needless shouting. There are cars being stolen, apartments robbed while occupied at night, homeless in the dumpsters constantly and jumping the fence to the complex next door and did I mention, no security cameras anymore. When I moved here they had security cameras. Old, small, outdated and overpriced apartments. It has been nice, quiet and safe around here for 7+ years and now I can't wait to get out of here."

"New ownership (veri) is rude and invasive to tenet's. And plan on jumping rent prices up considerably. The apartment units themselves aren't bad and good in design"

"We have for the past 1.5 years and currently reside in the complex. The managers are a joke. They are extremely fake nice until you move in... The managers and their families that reside in the complex are unfair to others... they can break rules like smoking, pets, and drugs, but others cannot. Fast forward to today... The apartments are pressure washing today. My mother fell and busted her knee and all she got from the manager was an eviction notice. Where is the kindness in this world. We are in the midst of moving out and file suit for damages to our apartment from water and her knee."
