"We lived here for over 2 years before buying our home and we had a great experience! We never really had an issue with management or fellow neighbors. I would say the only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was limited parking, but realistically if all tenants followed the parking rules there would have probably been enough :) Whenever we or anyone at the complex had a concern we sent a quick call or email and staff was always super attentive and sweet! The pandemic really put a damper on social events and the pool use but they really did their best. Thank you Melodie & all your awesome staff!"
"I lived here about a year and a half with no problems. Management was accommodating. I did not have any maintenance issues or issues getting my deposit back. People are friendly and amenities are nice. It is an apartment complex, so there will be issues with hearing your neighbors and dog poop. There are not enough dumpsters for the size of the complex and the front doors slam loudly if you don't catch them. Overall nice, clean, safe. I would go back."
