"Do not rent from this place they are absolutely unprofessional. I submitted an application at the beginning of February I kept reaching out to find out what was going on with my application status. I spoke to three different people at three different times. None of them knew what was going on. They made excuses. Terrible customer service."

"They were very friendly and cooperative. All the staff always treated us nicely and they worked with us on the move in and the move out. We actually got our deposit back, which rarely happens with other places. Hope to use them again. ♡"

"They won't respond to any emails regarding questions about applying, yet they'll send automated messages every other day telling you to apply and check out all their other properties. Really unprofessional and rude honestly. Tried two of the contacts they had listed and didn't receive a single response."

"At the end of the day these guys really missed they put a property out there with misleading and straight up false information they rented it to us for way over market? Value. When we showed up there it was basically a hobble. It was a terrible terrible place. They came in and tried to fix a couple of things but it just really it wasn't good enough now. For honesty sakes and transparencies sakes they did actually finally offer to give us back all of our money well almost all of it but then it had. Already been 3 weeks and I moved from over a 130 miles away so I had my u-haul full of my stuff and I couldn't move. My stuff into the house that they had because it wasn't livable and. It just was it was just not a good experience. They were polite Ryan was actually really helpful. I don't know just. your eyes and cross your teeth. If you're gonna deal with them. My experience was not good."

"Don't rent from them. This has been my experience. I've been renting almost three years and they're fine if you don't need to ever contact them or have any issues. But every time I've put in a maintenance request on their 24/7 online portal they don't contact you or even respond to your request until you call the office multiple times, which is only open 10am-3pm and even then they treat it like an inconvenience. They've recently put a mandatory resident benefit package on top of rent for 35 dollars a month where they list things they will now provide which either they've already been doing or are required to by law as the bare minimum. Like I said they're fine if you don't ever need them to do any of the services you pay for every month."
